Printed coloring books

Our printed books are made to order and fulfilled by our printing partner, Lulu Direct. Each order needs time for printing and binding before it can be shipped. The printing location depends on the book specifications and delivery destination, so your order may ship from another country.

Destinations and shipping charges

We offer delivery to the destinations available at checkout. Availability depends on the address, the book and the shipping services currently available. We cannot promise delivery to every country or address.

Available shipping options and their charges are shown before you pay. Charges may vary by destination, order quantity and shipping method. Our store's base currency is USD; the currency and total displayed at checkout are the amounts you authorize.

Production and delivery estimates

The product page or checkout will explain the estimated production and delivery times for your order before purchase. Production time comes before transit time, unless an estimate expressly includes both. Dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and may be affected by printing capacity, holidays, carriers or customs.

If a material delay affects your order, we will let you know. If your order has not arrived within its stated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the resolution required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your rights concerning late or missing deliveries.

Where a tracked service is used, we will provide the tracking information when it becomes available after dispatch.

International taxes and import charges

Any taxes or duties we collect are shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that import charges are included, your destination may charge import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees separately. These charges are payable by the recipient where permitted by law. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Addresses and order changes

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to help, but changes may no longer be possible once an order is being produced or shipped. We will explain any proposed additional delivery cost and obtain your agreement before charging it. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Digital PDF downloads

PDF products are delivered electronically, using the download method described on the product page and in your order information after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies to a PDF-only purchase. If your order includes printed books and PDFs, physical shipping charges apply only to the printed items.

If you cannot find or open your download, contact us with your order details. We will help you access the file or resolve a problem with it. Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Refund Policy.
